Rainbow City

From October to January each year, Yangmingshan in Taipei enters its “rainbow season,” during which a rainbow may appear on average once every 3.6 days. Chinese Culture University, located on Yangmingshan, holds a Guinness World Record for the longest observed rainbow, lasting 8 hours and 58 minutes. When rainbows are set against the backdrop of traditional Chinese-style architecture on campus, they further highlight the beauty of the buildings.
