Lions Crossing Marsh

After losing a Cub to two aggressively hunting intruding males mom returned the next day with her three other Cubs hoping to find the lost Cub. We had the privilege of following her. Miraculously after lots of soft purring sounds she found the lost Cub and after a meet and greet she pushed them relentlessly thru the marshes to the safety of the neighboring territory. This photo captures them as they intently cross a deeper marsh to safety, at least temporarily.
