Figurative Flames

The pictures from my "Figurative Fire" series show flames in action. Multiple (underexposed) single shots were added into one multi exposure image. A large amount of pictures were taken in this manner and - with sufficient imagination - a handful of them started to become alive. They did receive minor Photoshop brush-ups to fully emancipate them from the flames; however, their character had already existed before.
