This work was performed under the authorization SAI-DRAM/2021/857 SGC0060/2021/4539 Proc. 120.12.02/124 issued by the Government, on June 16 2021. All the precautions indicated in the project were taken by the professionals in order to avoid disturbance to the animals during the execution of the operations. "According to the regional legislation swimming with whales and other cetaceans that are not dolphins is forbidden in the Azores".
