An Anxious and Depressed Mind

I have struggled with anxiety and depression for most of my life. Recently, I was finally able to find a creative way to deal with my feelings that illustrated to others what my journey with mental looks like. These have been a wonderful outlet to express myself and to deal with the feelings that come with anxiety and depression. My journey with mental health will always be there so this series will be ongoing. I want to show my work to people so that maybe it can help them to see others that might be going through the same things. These subjects are not talked about nearly often enough and this is a subject matter that I feel very passionate about.
