FRAGMENTED IDENTITY

The pinhole as a tool for introspective investigation. The photographer through a series of self-portraits analyzes the psychological mechanisms that contributed to fragmenting her identity. Family of origin, false beliefs, objectification, all contribute to the creation of a false self. Through her research she discovers that only by transcending can one reach a higher level of awareness that frees the soul by letting it vibrate in its true essence.
