I had been waiting weeks for a morning that was extremely foggy without being accompanied by rain. On this particular morning, I knew it was absolutely perfect. I drove over to the waterfall in Devils Hopyard, and to my luck no one was there. The combination of the fog, and the rushing waterfall made for perfect timing.
