Self Care

This series of self-portraits deals with the theme of self-care. Taking care of yourself means listening to yourself to understand your needs, love yourself and think about your physical and mental well-being. To do this, it is necessary above all to be able to recognize our value. In the image "Love Yourself" we find me hugging myself, as a sign of love and protection towards myself. In the image "Bloom" we find two copies of myself in which roses are blooming from the bodies, meaning that we must never repress sides of our personality, indeed we must let them flourish. In the "Take your hand" image we see two versions of myself holding hands, one driving the other, meaning that we have to guide ourselves towards our happiness.
