"Our Life is Full of Empty Space" (Umberto Eco)

With the Covid-19 crisis, things that we have assumed to be certain, suddenly no longer apply. This series emerged from the confrontation with feelings such as insecurity, uncertainty, confusion, powerlessness - but also longing and hope. I worked with several zoom settings in one long exposure to express the paradox that the world (has) changed at an incredibly rapid pace, while at the same time everything seemed to sort of standing still.
