Lone Ranger

This ranger led two horses down the road at the base of remote hiking trails in Yosemite National Park. She was focused and seemed to be preparing for a longer ride later that day. These horses help her get to remote areas of the park that might not be accessible otherwise. Mounted rangers have become a symbol for national parks across the country. Their daily missions include anything from search and rescues to public education.
