How are you really doing?

I’m an art photographer of abandoned places in Europe. During my explores through Italy, I visited multiple abandoned and decayed asylums. The feeling I get when I walk through the dark corridors is unfathomable. I get goosebumps, even feels alone and forgotten myself.



Imagine what it must feel like for the patients who wandered the halls here decades ago. One in four people suffers with a mental disorder. Open your eyes and heart, and look out for each other. Ask people 'How are you?'. Look in the mirror and ask yourself 'How are you?'. Don't hide in a dark corner but reach out for help, and give help to the ones that need it.
