Be different - against the flow

At the end of the year, my son and I went diving again. Our "father-son thing"! In the south of Thailand, the offshore islands of Koh Lanta. A paradise! We were already prepared for the fact that there would be a diverse and colourful underwater world here, especially near the cave system, which we had also visited. However, we hadn't anticipated the immense shoals of different species of fish. There were so many of them that we sometimes found it difficult to orientate ourselves. It's always fantastic to see how the animals change direction in a fraction of a second. But some fish just can't do it. Or perhaps they have lost the desire to follow the mass movement of their conspecifics. "I'll do my own thing" :-)

We will use the photos again for a large calendar that will be published in 2025 in collaboration with 2 printing companies and a graphic designer. We produce similar calendars every year for our customers, each limited to 500 copies. So far 12 have been published, including Myanmar, Borneo, USA, Paris, Vietnam, New York, Ireland, ...
