This series illuminates the century-old aging cellars of the legendary LOUIS XIII Cognac in France. Utilizing existing light only, the images were taken in dear total darkness with extremely long exposure times. The lights visible in the photographs are as dimmed as a candlelight would be. The viewer is able to explore the historic cellars beyond what the naked eye can see and appreciate the textures and mystique of the barrels, which are up to 150 years old. The famous LOUIS XIII Cognac is aged up to 100 years in this cellar.
