Starring Rundle

We have tremendous excitement partially counteracted by nerves; my friend and I challenge ourselves to find a different take on the iconic Mount Rundle in the Canadian Rockies. Getting myself into photographic mode, I first capture the traditional iconic shot of Mount Rundle reflecting in Vermillion Lakes. Satisfied that I had accomplished this goal, I focused on the challenge we set ourselves. Taking in the calmness of the night, I stare at Mount Rundle with a curious mind. I become very excited by the moonlight casting itself on Rundle's cliffs. Setting up to capture this moment, I experimented with a star trail to add an element of interest. With a massive smile, I pack up and head home.
