Suerte

Suerte in the quarry. I had the great pleasure to photograph this beautiful horse in a very special location. Suerte is a Cruzado, which is not a breed, but a term for mixed breeds from Spain and Portugal. He was rescued as a foal by an animal welfare organisation and is now living a wonderful and gentle life with his owner, where he receives a lot of understanding and love. Suerte means luck or fate in spanish and it fits perfectly, because he was lucky to end up with such a wonderful owner. His owner is lucky about this special horse at her side and I was lucky to capture his beautiful soul in this stunning location.
