Come Together at the Issac Theatre Royal

This image was shot during a spectacular show by 'Come Together' (a collective of finest NZ artists) of Led Zeppelin IV that I was asked to photograph by the promotor in July 2024. I used my ultrawide non fisheye lens to capture band, crowd and venue. Keen to capture the electricity in the crowd during this highly crafted event, I had seen an enthusiastic person, and found a position close to front of stage with them at centre (owing to the ultrawide 10mm lens I had to be very close to this person!). I then waited for the right moment to press the shutter.

The venue is the Issac Theatre Royal in Christchurch NZ, a building that has been rebuilt following the Christchurch earthquakes of 2010 & 2011.
