In 2019, I launched E.X.C.E.L.L.E.N.C.E. to underscore the crucial role of diversity long before it became a corporate imperative. While there has been progress, our journey is far from complete. To me, diversity extends beyond skin color; it embraces gender, sexual orientation, religion, and all facets of identity. My purpose has always been clear: to illustrate that talent is limitless and that excellence emerges when we celebrate our differences.

Part II of this series brings together our diverse team four years later, demonstrating the enduring power of collaboration and mutual respect. After delays caused by COVID-19, we returned to the same location, rekindling the energy and passion that first inspired this project. This reunion is more than a moment of reconnection, it’s a testament to how far we’ve come and a reminder of how essential it is to continue championing diversity in every sphere.
