Through Rain and Care

"Through Rain and Care" is part of my Noir Tokyo project, a series exploring the interplay of light, shadow, and human connections within urban environments. This particular work captures a tender moment between a young couple walking through the rain in Tokyo. The man holds a large umbrella while gently placing his hand around the woman’s waist, embodying warmth and affection amidst the cold rain. Reflections on the wet road add a dynamic layer, emphasizing the ephemeral beauty of fleeting moments. This piece reflects my ongoing pursuit of high-contrast monochrome photography to narrate stories of connection and emotion within the city.
