Shadows Behind the City Lights

As I was walking the streets in Tokyo, I found myself puzzled by the strange contrast between the romantic and elegant city itself and the cold, tired expressions from the people surrounding me. The picture was taken as I found that moment particularly special, where I delved into a state where I was sensing all the different emotions and expressions from everyone around me. Each and every one of them have such different experiences of life with completely segregated perspectives; yet at that exact moment we were all there and became a part of each other's life. These common expressions and emotions needed to be heard and enlarge, even such a huge wall of norms blocking their ways of freeing.
