Get Down

This is a close-up of a Japanese macaque.He was taking a nap on a rock when he was startled by the sound of crows cawing in the distance and alerted to his surroundings.He noticed my lens and had this expression on his face.Our eyes met for a brief moment, but he and I definitely communicated there.I clicked the shutter as if I was trying to log that conversation.I created a very emotional piece with thorough attention to detail.
