In 1957 photographer Earl Leaf shot several black and white photographs of an actress around the intersection of Hollywood Blvd and Vine Street in Hollywood and I just loved them.
The idea for this series was to do a contemporary version of his photos, recreating the look and feel while shooting as close to the same locations as possible.
