WHITE GHOST

I dreamed about this kind of picture since 2012. Everywhere I was in Nordic and polar places of our Planet, I always missed the opportunity to photograph some Arctic fox in white fur. This is why I couldn’t find better title for this picture, because Arctic Fox was really becoming for me, like a ghost ... Until this meeting in February 2020 in Svalbard, when it appears on a perfect snowy day, on immaculate snow, in its majestic white fur, looking at me for few seconds. Temperatures were -40° Celsius. I really got the feeling to receive at this moment, a precious gift from Nature, to be here at the right place at the right moment.

This is the secret and the beauty of wildlife photography.
