Standing amidst the vast quarries, surrounded by towering piles of stones extracted from the earth, I was struck by a profound sense of awe. The enormity of the scene, coupled with the sight of fires smoldering deep within the earth's core, stirred a primal reverence within me. As wisps of smoke wafted around me, I couldn't help but contemplate the stories I had heard of entire structures being swallowed by these unfathomable depths. In that moment, a sobering realization washed over me: we are but fleeting beings in the grand scheme of existence, destined one day to return to the embrace of Mother Earth.
