Although I have been shooting photography on and off in my youth, my relationship with actively shooting photography began in 2011, when I bought my first DSLR camera while I was stationed in Japan. I began to shoot everything I could and edited my photos for fun. I shot on and off with that same camera between the years 2011 and 2022 until I had an opportunity to shoot for the Illumination Project for the City of Springfield in 2023. From that point on, I began spending a couple hours a night learning and practicing the art of editing. Specializing in event photography (documentary style) but find myself more attracted to nature, abstract, and candid shots. If I capture a moment that makes me feel and think, I love to be able to share that experience.
